Attendance Policy

Our goal as a program is to have a flexible work schedule for you to work around your life.

We can't guarantee a set number of hours per week, but you are allowed to book up to 36 hours per week (depending on site location). We post every gig on the app as first come first serve basis. Gigs are not guaranteed.

You are unable to work more that 2 gigs in one day.

Gigs are posted up to 5-7 days in advance.

We give you the opportunity to cancel your gigs, so we expect you to show up if you do not cancel your gig by 2pm the day before.

MEAL BREAKS

You are required to take a FULL 30 MINUTE break between back to back gigs. Please use the meal out and meal in button when gigs are stacked.

If you do not take a full 30 minute break this can lead to disciplinary action and deactivation from the app

AUTOMATED TEXTS

If you receive an auto text from us which states that we did not see punches in the timeclock for your gig, it is your responsibility to text us back right away if you are present onsite.

If you do not text us back and correct the error, we will assume you are not present and you will not be paid for the gig.

LATE POLICY

If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, you should request a replacement for your gig.

Since each gig is only a few hours, we ask that you are clocked in and at your work station at the start of your shift. You may clock in 5 minutes early.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are going to cancel, we ask that you cancel by 2pm the day before your gig by requesting a replacement.

To Cancel the gig, click on the gig scheduled in the app then request replacement.

If an emergency happens and you need to cancel after 2pm please request a replacement and provide a reason of why you are canceling or late in the comment box in Evolia.

If your gig is cancelled due to weather, the gig will not be paid.

If you are unable to make it to your gig due to being sick. Please request replacement in app then text us at 207-414-5323 to request to use your sick time (if available this will not be considered a late cancellation)

Repeat attendance issues will result in deactivation.

Multiple late cancels in a short period of time will result in your account being suspended.

  • Warning for 1 late cancel

  • Deactivation for 3 late cancels

Multiple times of not reporting to your shift with you not canceling your shift will result in your account being suspended.

  • Warning for 1 no show for a scheduled gig

  • Deactivation for 2 no shows for scheduled gigs

If you work a gig that was not booked in app this will lead to deactivation

  • you are only allowed to work the gigs you have booked in app prior to the gig start time.

If you are deactivated from the app for any reason unless other wise stated you are are eligible to work for Employbridge through the affiliated company, ProLogistix.  In order to so, they can contact their local ProLogistix office which can be found at www.prologistix.com

7 Consecutive Days Rule

  • If you work more than 6 consecutive day in row. Your account will get suspended.

Sick Pay

If you are unable to make it to your gig due to being sick. Please request replacement in app then text us at 207-414-5323 to request to use your sick time (if available this will not be considered a late cancellation)

Sick time is only available:

After 90 days of starting your gig assignment

1 hour is earned after every 30 hours worked
